Find my files.
Your files come by email. As soon as a payment goes through, Dodo Payments (the merchant of record) emails a download link to the address you paid with. Opening that email again any time gives you a fresh link, and new versions land in the same download.
- Search your inbox for Dodo Payments, and check spam and promotions.
- Or open Dodo's customer portal, enter the email you paid with, and use the sign-in link it emails you: your purchases and their downloads are there.
- Paid with a different email than you thought? Search that one too; the link goes to the address typed at checkout.
- Still nothing? DM @digitallydiffused on Instagram with your payment id (it starts with
pay_, it's on your receipt and was on the thank-you page) and I'll send your files.
Bought on Ko-fi instead? Your files are in your Ko-fi library (Your page → Purchases).
